Our office handles all related probate matters from decedent’s estates, will contests, trust disputes, will preparation, trust preparation, preparation of powers of attorney, directive to physicians, conservatorships, contested conservatorships, guardianships, to contested guardianships. Our office also handles personal injury matters, elder rights and elder abuse cases, real estate matters, and general civil matters. We also offer a free half hour consultation.
